Where is it sated that people didn't work hard last year?
The first thought in that post is that things are changing. Well with the new staff, one would expect that wouldn't one?
The second thought was about working hard.
If you recall, before he left, Arik stated that his body was tired and sore. So if they didn't work hard last year how did that happen?
And my schtick is to try reason and facts over hyperbole

The bold part....
He literally said that working hard is a change. AKA they had to change from not working hard.
