Cassidy's "Holier Than Thou" Approach is Prideful

I've just about had it with Bill Cassidy's holier than thou Bible quoting to justify voting to convict Donald Trump.
To remain in context to his pride filled argument, Cassidy listened to the serpent and bit the apple. If Cassidy wants to be a RINO or a Republican Lite, fine. Be one. If Cassidy wants to belittle Trump and what Trump followers believe is the proper political path for America, that is something else.
Cassidy spent most of his medical career working in the Charity Hospital system of Louisiana. The grandfather of government run healthcare in the U.S. He does not believe in Free Enterprise. He does not believe that opportunity is useless without sweat equity.
Maybe if Cassidy were to pay his fair share (property taxes) he might have less of an elitist mindset. Cassidy has gone D.C.
He may be from Louisiana, he's not OF LOUISIANA, and it shows.
His faux outrage at Trump and hiding behind Scripture is nothing but False Pride. Maybe Cassidy should read what the Bible says about Pride again. Pride doesn't go before the Fall. Pride goes before the DESTRUCTION and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18 for the fact checkers out there.

I have always been taught to judge someone by their actions not by their words. Cassidy is a failure. If he isn't primaried I'll be surprised.

Bottom line is this... Bill can believe whatever the hell he wants to believe. He has that right. But he acted in bad faith. He knows what he believes isn’t what Trump supporters (ie - the people who voted for him) believe. So he lied during the election to get re-elected on a false premise and now he’s upset he’s being called out on it.
The sad part is, Bill went up there believing what we all believe. His time in DC has changed him to a swamp rat. It happens to the best of them.
