To be honest, I'm too focused on correcting the wrong and stabilizing the patient than to be judgmental. It is challenging at times when you know the scenario ( like treating a cop killer for example), but you have a job and you do it without judgement to the best of your ability.

Pediatric trauma heightens the stress, but the toughest part is emotional aspect with the parents, especially if it is a poor outcome.
