This is kinda like both, but if you read through it you’ll find useful info. Many of the people in there are actual investors. Also, the Reddit has good info too including a recent AMA with the CEO
And yes, he is a criminal, he was convicted of a felony when he was 18 years old. He’s very open about it. We’ve all been young and dumb. Hell, I’ve been middle aged and dumb.

My late teenage years were a little rocky, girls, fast cars, vodka, all that. I made a bad decision 2 weeks after I turned 18 and got in some trouble. High school prank that went wrong. I dont know that I necessarily learned anything from that, except don't do dumb shite because of girls.
Or did he does something that was legitimately harmful, and was always going to be so, but it was just a "prank," to him? Because that's the type of thing that someone would not want to share, but often justified as just a "prank," but it's really indicative a person unwilling to accept responsibility for his/her actions, by downplaying and hiding it, despite pretending that they're actually accepting responsibility.
Anyways, this whole thing comes off as "I'm being really transparent" so it's not a scam, even though it looks like a scam because it can't be a scam if I'm really transparent. But instead, transparency is just part of the scam, and just lies or just a bunch of nonsense. In fact, reading his comments, he's really good at answering the question without providing any information that really answers the question.
And I've seen multiple questions about their lack of software and applications. And they just haven't found the "right one," but that just seems like a really big impediment to a business like this, but it shouldn't be something that's hard to find and it probably should be something that takes priority over buying a pizza place and water company. Seems like really good sign it's not very well run, although there are lot of people fawning over him. It's kind of weird.

I’m not undefeated. I’m not perfect. I’m probably closer to retirement than many of you, but the vast majority of the wealth I’ve accumulated over 30 years as an investor has been from “time in the market,” not “timing the market.”
It’s your money. You’re an adult. Penny stocks may bring some entertainment value to the process, but for most people, boring is better.
Please consider reading this.
