Wednesday, it's funny how he brags that the RFP has provisions about looking at bidding companies' Board of Directors, having their employees do background checks, etc., but we've seen what kind of depraved psychopaths are the leadership of Dominion like Eric Coomer.

The SOS cannot prevent Dominion from submitting a bid, and the SOS is not personally responsible for choosing the winning bid on his own whims.
