Does anyone really think Biden is actually tweeting and/or running the country?

Legitimately curious who actually believes that Biden has tweeted a single one of his tweets over the past 2-3 years.
Do these same people also think he's involved with making decisions as POTUS?

I watched Rush’s speech to CPAC in 2009 the other day.
He mentioned then a public interview where Joe Biden asked for the “number” for a website bc he wasn’t sure.
Joe Biden has no idea he has a Twitter account, and has no control over the Government. China owns him.

There’s no question he isn’t sending out these dumbass tweets. It’s some gleeful intern team whose job is to tweet completely opposite of Trump.

I'm sure they're just happy that Trump is out of office, and we finally have someone that can't be corrupted. With all the shady business deals Trump did with Russia, China and Ukraine, and then add in Trumps son that made money he wasn't really qualified for those positions, but got paid in return to access etc.
Long story short, everyone is happy that we finally have someone that cant be corrupted!
