I'm more libertarian..and there is almost zero things I support from the Democrat side at this point outside of legalization of most drugs.

I immediately put two groups of people in the "pompous idiot" category. The "above it all" crowd and their kissing cousins, the "I'm a moderate and that makes me better" crowd. There is nothing inherently good or bad about holding a "moderate" position on an issue.

I'm a small l libertarian who has never been registered Republican but almost exclusively voted R.
I'm also a Trump supporter, but I've found that to be a rarity among my fellow ideological libertarians. I've also been in conversations with Republicans and other libertarians where any criticism of a (R) means immediate banishment to the world of RINOs or Never-Trumpers.
