I don't want a dog, but that's a cute pup though. No doubt. Hope he (she?) finds a good home.

I personally would only accept a gender neutral dog.

Most gave him feasible ideas to keep his dog, but sounds like he's already decided to get rid of it

Lighten up, Francis. Dogs are he/she not they/them or zi/zer or whatever you homos are calling yourselves these days.

Yes, the sex of the animal matters.

The dog is mine. I'm trying to rehome her so I don't have to keep her caged up 10+ hours a day due to our situation changing.

If you consider keeping her in a cage all day long a "feasible idea" then you would be a shitty dog owner, and you can move on to another thread.

She needs to run around, and not be locked up. A fenced in yard would be perfect for her, but that is something we cannot offer her now.

She's 50lbs, sweet, and up to date on all her shots. Her name is Daisy Mae.

You could keep her inside or a smaller fenced in area, as already suggested, and exercise your dog like a responsible dog owner.

You probably just leave your damn dog in the backyard and give it food and water and think you're the number one pet owner despite spending no time with him/her.

Fact is, there are options for you to keep your dog, but you don't want to.

Mingo, you don't know shite about the situation, and I don't owe you any explanation, so kindly frick off. I'm not keeping her in a fricking cage.

Well you are trying to pawn your dog off to potentially me, so yeah, you kind of do owe me or any other poster an explanation

You don't have to. You just actually have to work with and take care of your dog. Too tall a task seemingly.

So you can pin her up all day long? You must be stupid. You came to this thread to talk shite about a situation you know nothing about, not to help a dog find a new home. Go find something better to do with your time.

I can't live in my home because it was destroyed, and the people who are kind enough to allow myself, my wife, and our seven month old baby live with them until we can rebuild said we can no long keep the dog there. My father is living in a retirement home, and my mother has an illness that does not allow her to handle a 50lb dog. So I've exhausted all options. So, like I've said before, aside from keeping her in a pin or kennel 10+ hours a day, I have to find her a new home.

Just take care of your dog and we wouldn't be having this conversation.
