Raises hand. The nets at courtside at Loyola were a thing to behold.

I saw the Jazz and Pistol Pete at the Municipal Auditorium and Superdome and I also say the ABA New Orleans Buccaneers at the Loyola Field House with Larry Brown at point guard and Doug Moe at forward. The Bucs played for the ABA Championship in 67-68 but lost to the Pittsburgh Pipers with Connie Hawkings in seven games.
Very fond memories.

I saw them at the Superdome and the Coliseum on the Mississippi gulf coast.

Larry Brown also.
And, yes, I saw the Jazz at Municipal, too. Was also there the night Pistol lit up the Knicks for 60+ in the Dome. Thought we had a great team the year they got Truck to go along with Pete, but the knee injury Pete suffered derailed everything.

Listened to all the Buccaneer games on the radio as a kid. Saw probably half the Jazz games at the Dome including Pete's 68 game! Still have a lot of old Jazz paraphernalia boxed up in one of my closets.

You didn't need another thread to show you're old. Everybody figured that out from the last one where you complained about the hardships of finding the score to a NBA game.

Larry Brown and Art Heyman of the Pipers were already familiar with each other.

So many little bitches on this board.

I complained about not getting a final score or win on this site.

I’m very capable of going anywhere else to find this info.

The point was (that you little bitches can’t comprehend) is that info should be readily available on this board.

But, I guess there is a different way of doing things here.

Maybe that’s why this is such a popular board!

Insufferably melty/whiny mixed with arrogant unearned entitlement, is there a more loathsome personality duo?

Absolutely, you would go buy a pair of shoes at Shoe Town, and get a free ticket to watch Pistol Pete in the dome. It was a New Orleans tradition. I remember kids in school scraping their shoes on the concrete to wear them out so they'd have to go get a new pair.

Awesome!

I remember going to the Superdome and buying $2 tickets...

Once we were in, we would make our way down to as close to the court as we could get
