The real pandemic is lack of turn signal usage

Hit a 4 way stop yesterday. I plan on going straight. Baw directly across from me reaches stop sign at about the same time. No turn signal. Great, we are both going straight. Lets go.
We go and he starts turning left and has to slam on his brakes to not hit me.
He honks and throws his arms around like Im the one that did something wrong. I just shake my head and utter some obscenities to myself.
tldr use your fricking blinkers

Well was it "about the same time", before, or after you? Just because he didn't have his blinker on doesn't mean you would've been in the right had he hit you. We need more info.

I have noticed that the larger/more jacked-up the truck, the less likely that the driver will use turn signals.
