Are we really judging 19-21 yr Olds for being proud of themselves and posting about their accomplishments... like get over yourself and get a life.
Losers mentality but ok....

How do you know that?
Because I haven’t seen him improving that much at all, if he was, he would be playing. He’s benched for a reason.

I don’t really understand. Unless they are actually performing especially well there is no reason to have self promotion.
I could understand trying to expand your own brand, but no one is buying into players who have not proven it on the court. Hayes looked ridiculous last night complaining about the calls he got for the illegal screens.
You got to pay your dues and prove yourself also.
Also people bringing value do not have to argue for themselves. People just notice it.

Agreed. The guy is posting “highlights” as if he was having a good game or doing something out of the ordinary. All his highlights are regular basketball plays.

Kobe would be livid if he saw this. Just watch his clip from Jimmy Kimmel. That’s why he’s a champion and they’re not.
The young Kobe straight out of high school... I could easily see him posting highlights after a loss, the issue is we'll never know, because they didn't have the social platform these kids have today. Kobe didn't become a "Champion" until he got the most dominant force in the league to play with him, then he himself transformed into the player we all came to know... truth be told Kobe didn't really start to mature until his "situation" in Denver. Anyway I can easily see if given the platform several of the ego driven players from the 90's- early 00's posting highlights in a loss they just didn't have Twitter back then to do it.

Jaxson Hayes after being left off Rising Stars team:
"It is what it is. The NBA's a bunch of bullshite," he said in the video. "The NBA can really suck my di**, for all I care. I hope you see this video, by the way, and fine me ... But yeah, man, shite's just crazy just to me. I work in a frickin' political league that's all about politics. It is what it is."
I choose, as a fan, to not root for or condone such childish behavior. He is not a winner, maybe a whiner. Just grow up.

He has shown the same attitude the last couple of games as that video also.

Well too bad you can’t because they didn’t have Twitter like they do now. Even if they are ego driven players, at least they are doing something in the NBA. However, you don’t see other young players do it now. Especially players of Hayes caliber doing it. Stop making excuses for Hayes. He does it EVERY single game, not just here and there.
