Umm... Die Hard? It's the latest Die Hard variant.

I said I’m shocked they hadn’t made a film of “Die Hard in a school” you moron.

I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t wish this project well. She didn’t deserve to be fired and they did strictly because she held right leaning views. I know some folks around here don’t like Shapiro because he doesn’t tow the Trump line with perfection. And yes Carano isn’t the greatest actress. But giving a finger to cancel culture would be a healthy thing.

Fighting against censorship? Absolutely. For instance, I would never want you banned or censored for saying some of the most idiotic drivel I've ever seen in the political board. You need to let that light shine bright.

You must be the only one. The intellectual cowards on that board run to the mods faster that Trump to the toilet after his double Big Mac breakfast.

I'm confused, but since I'm not into Star Wars, so I hadn't really followed this story

I thought she was fired because she repeatedly tweeted controversial stuff but people at Disney kept going to bat for her until it appeared she wouldn't stop. But here it sounds like it was just this one tweet.

We've seen the left eat itself from old tweets, so this isn't just a right only issue. This seems more like the internet and social media is a shitty place that decides to get pissed at something one day and everyone jumps on the bandwagon.

What she said back in November wasn’t all that controversial. I think it was just her insinuating the government was overstepping it’s bounds with Covid. They didn’t go to bat for her at all. They we’re exploring spinoffs for her and then when she was revealed to be right leaning they pulled those plans. Apparently since then they were looking for an opportunist to fire her.

Cara Dune was a better character than she was an actress.

and Pedro doesn't even have to act. Thank goodness.

And talk about a buzz kill when he took his helmet off in Season 1. Yikes.

(no, I hadn't seen him in anything before)

I had seen him in Game of Thrones, but I didn't put it together that it was the same actor until later.
