He wouldn't have died on today's sets. Would have never needed to film it that way

You mean to tell me you can’t find an hour to workout in day? Get up an hour earlier and go before or stop on the way home?

If you really wanted to make time, you can.

I’ve put in 84 hour work weeks and still manage to hit the gym for 1.5 to 2 hours 5x a week

If it was a priority, you'd find time. It's not a priority for you and that's okay. The whole notion of an adult with normal responsibilities not having time is a copout.

Sure. Not sure what normal responsibilities are in your world, but okay. Reality is different from person to person. There isn't a practical window of time to carve out. And, it's not a big enough priority to wake up at 3:30am to do it.

Because it's not a priority for you, and that's OK.

I own and run a multi-million dollar business on a daily basis, have two teenagers, a dog, have to cook and clean, take care of two homes, make sure my employees are taken care of, and somehow I still find plenty of time for the gym because it's a priority for me.

I don't know what your point is, I said it's not a priority for you and you agreed. The point still stands that if it was you could make time for it.

My point exactly. However, this is an excuse

Look, I get it.

I'm an attorney at a big law firm. I'm married, and I have two kids. There are days that I can't squeeze exercise in, but I try to make it a priority to not let those days be more than two in a row at the most.

10 or so years ago, I hit a wall. I was fat, lazy and had horrible habits, and that realization made better health become a priority for me.

Also, a little secret that the "I'm too busy set" won't tell you is that prioritizing exercise, sleep and generally healthy habits will make you a better performer with work and family obligations too.

Looks like he got the 10-piece nuggets. Nothing for the kids.

Are you implying that there’s something wrong with my dick?!?!

But yeah this guy’s right, I can find 2-3 free hours in anyone’s week. You might have to sacrifice some Netflix time or something though.

Even a boring guy can do it.

I used to care, don't care now, might care again someday, don't care what people think about it because everybody rots the same way.
