Anyone have that special cigar tucked away in your humidor waiting for that special occasion

I’ve had a Tatuaje Miami perfecto in my humidor for 10-12 yrs. It is the last one from a box of 10. Thought I would light it up when the Tigers won the national championship, but it was late and it’s a big cigar.

I have a AF Opus X 20th Anniversary I bought back in 2019. Saving it for when my kid makes 1st communion next year.

Perdomo, a Connecticut Habano

Whoa. This is good. Bourbon and pepper and crème.

Like it.

I don’t like the sun grown habano Perdomo as well.

I guess it’s okay to admit my palate is not ready for sun growns yet.

Allow myself to introduce my…..uh

Say baws

I’m going to try my hand at one homemade humidor, like ole baw on page 5,6,7….can’t remember. But, he’s got the bad boy in the beginning of the thread. I’m looking for Spanish Cedar for the racks. Got all the glass, plywood veneer, and hardware.

Anybody got a bead on Spanish Cedar?

The stash is on hold til then,

You got a good stash. I like the cameroons in there.

However, I’d keep those humibags in a Tupperware. Loose ones too, obviously.

Where are you located, might be able to point you in the right direction?

I come in peace and in search of knowledge. I am looking for a good basic humidor. Does such a thing exist? How small are they made?

If no humidor, how long does a cigar typically last wrapped?

How many sticks are you keeping on hand? Could always go the tupperware route or mason jar and a boveda pack to start out while you're testing out different cigars.
