That's not the issue Diat was talking about regarding Poirier though.
Poirier isn't Scared of the fight/match-up. He just thinks Chandler needs to "pay his dues" first. But as Diat said, that might piss off Dana.

Also, they tried to make a Chandler vs Oliveira fight on short notice since Chandler didn't break a sweat. But Oliveira's camp was not happy. Can't say I blame them

I mean that’s the words that are coming out of Dustin’s mouth but do you believe them? I think Chandler is a shitty stylistic matchup for Dustin and Dustin doesn’t want to get his arse beat without cashing in a few title fight paychecks first

Oliveira is on an eight in a row win streak in the UFC recently beating Tony Ferguson. Can’t blame them, either. Chandler is legit, I just think he needs to earn another win or two to be fighting for the belt.

Nate just called out Dustin. Two of my favorite fighters. This will be an interesting year for fights. I don’t think Nunes losing either title this year. Many other divisions have some interesting possibilities-Adesanya moving up, Jones moving up, Dillashaw coming back/Cejudo possibly. It’s fun to have the UFC in the off-season of football. Great input from y’all. Enjoying y’all point of view. Someone mentioned Masvidal v Conor. While unlikely, I haven’t thought of that matchup and man would that be cool.
