Well, you can't come out and claim the Dominion voting machines were changing votes if you can't prove it, or at least provide some evidence you think its true.
The best you could do, to avoid a defamation suit, is say something like, you have reason to believe Dominion machines may have been miscounting votes, but Dominion won't give you access to the machines to test your theory. And that's not what Lindell was going to say.

Too late at this point. They got a cease and desist letter from Dominion and admitted on air that they could not support the allegations being made on their Network about Dominion.
They could have handled the interview with Lindell more gracefully, but they could not let him spew claims against Dominion without informing their viewers those claims have no merit.

They have in several states. In fact the machines could not duplicate the results.
They have in showing that adjudicated ballots is a massive loophole that works with mail in ballots very easily.
