It’s stupid to say “it’s a nine year old girl ergo no police should ever use force on her.”
That’s the basic argument.
If you don’t want police using force on your 9-year-old, don’t call the police on your 9-year-old.

You don't have any kids do you? I have 6 kids that range in the age from 1 to 16, and 3 of them are 9 and older. if you can't control a 9 year old that is already hand cuffed and is in the back of the police car already then you shouldn't be wearing a badge. If you don't have enough discretion or the thought process to realize you know this kid is hand cuffed and already in the back of the police car, I probably shouldn't or don't need to pepper spray them then you shouldn't be wearing a badge. Why are my only options hog tying and punching the kid in the face? I don't know, maybe I grab the kids legs push them all the way into the car and then buckle the kid up, they are after all already hand cuffed.
