Tough question and depends a lot on what I’m in the mood for.
My go to whiskies would probably be:
Peated Scotch: Kilchoman Sanaig
Unpeated Scotch: Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
Bourbon: Weller Antique 107
Local Distillery: Axe and Oak Colorado Mountain Bourbon (easy supper and good mixer)
Drink them all neat unless in an Old Fashioned or other mix, which is not very often

This varies depending upon my mood, but probably Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered.

Just opened a bottle a few weeks ago. First time I’ve had it and it very well may be my new favorite.
Almost put it in the place of the 107 a couple posts above, but it’s still mew to me so I went with an old favorite

4R Sib continues to be the recommendation I make whenever someone asks for a good bourbon. It's tough to beat the value (40-45) and consistency. While it's not everyone's favorite, you rarely hear someone say they don't like it.

Just got gifted a handle of gentleman’s Jack.. what’s the boards thoughts on this? I’ll drink bourbon straight a couple times a year. is this a straight kind of drink or more of a cocktail mixer?

My first bourbons i bought were 4 roses small batch, then 4 single barrel , then Elijah Craig small batch. Loved them all. But now…..if I’m gonna name an every day sipper …I’m gonna say early times BIB, Eagle Rare (if you can find it ) and redwood empire pipe dream and lost monarch ….. but also, all smoke wagon products are my favorite.
