What if he's not crazy, but just believes crazy things.

Can he be disbarred for that?

If you think Mike Pence is in a sex ring operation, you’re just plain crazy.

The question is does he have a mental impairment that materially impairs his ability to represent his clients [Model Rules, Rule 1.16 (a)(2)]. I think he is crazy but I am far less convinced he is mentally impaired.

In general, you don't want to frick with the Bar but I also think Wood knows his kinda "crazy" doesn't present well in psychological testing.

What if he’s not crazy or believes crazy things, and is 100% correct?

Will you need a psychological evaluation now?

People always said oh just ignore them it will go away, it won't get this far.

Next thing you know, disbarred for being a white supremacist because you are a conservative Christian.
