Not even with nieces and nephews who it is ok to hug.

His hands are all over those kids. To help with youth in any organization we have to take a class that helps a person watch out for adults that are not acting appropriately with children. I just saw 3 pics that would require re[porting. One pic he was looking at a stuffed dog, but had not crossed the line, yet.
