good! I mostly wanted to try this on what people call "the pour mans brisket", even though it's a more expensive piece of meat normally.

I smoke chuck roast quite a bit so I knew what to expect. It's got a much higher fat content so that melt. stall, can take forever but it's worth it.

This was a good as any deli i have tried.
