This is just stupid. There are plenty of DC's out there that would making a huge step up to come to LSU. There are Co-DC's looking for their shot at doing it by themselves with the ability to do so. This isn't rocket science. Go hire a damn coach.

It appears O and company are not able to source and vetted qualified candidates for themselves. Hire a freakin search firm
