Because he has the ball in his hands the most. He had 2-3 shot clock bail outs at least. Teams are also clogging the paint because of Adams and Zion, so we are having to take late shots from distance way too much. There does not appear to be any real offensive plan.

Teams want him to shoot, so they let him shoot.

that is the best defensive plan you could have against us. If you lose b/c of it, you tip your hat and move on.

Bonzo has played in 11 games thus far.
He's led the team in FGA in 2 games this year. Lost them both.
He's been within 1 FGA of tying for the lead in attempts for a game twice. We are 1-1 in those.
Two of those 4 games mentioned was against OKC, where we were 1-1, and the one we won was a blowout were Bonzo played the most minutes on the team by a good bit over BI and Zion.

If the plan is for us too keep losing, then he should keep firing away.

Bonzo shoots 22% when there's less than 4 seconds on the shot clock. Last year he was better, at 23%.
for comparison, BI is 45%, 34% last year.
The goal of any opponent should absolutely be to make us put the ball in Bonzo's hands late in the shot clock.
