So if there is another party, who would emerge as a leader? Honest question.

Trumps greatest act was showing conservatives how little the GOP actually cares about them.

This is exactly how the GOP continues to get away with their backstabbing antics.

I call this Battered Conservative Syndrome. It's what gives the GOP full leverage over us. Them knowing we will still back them in the end is the leverage.

That's what primaries are for. Vote for a third party and tell me how that solves your problems. You think Democrats are going to vote for a "patriot party?" They will remain fractioned within their group and collectively enjoy giving it to you against your will.

I get why Cotton didn't object to the electoral college certification. There are strong and defensible arguments as to why that is unconstitutional.

What's not defensible is the clowns in the house who voted to impeach the President over a riot he did not incite and thankfully Cotton has the good sense to not join them.

That's what democrats thought when republicans controlled all three not too long ago, and to our dismay, nothing legislatively significant happened. Now if they wipe out the filibuster and Manchin decides to become something he hasn't been in his lengthy career...you will be right.

You’re right and this is why I’m registered independent.

Although the modern Dems are terrifying. There’s certainly a difference in the parties on gun control.

The Dems thought the GOP was united and believed Trump was literally Hitler. That’s how addled their minds are. So now those same addled minds are in control and actually are united in their goal of wiping out western civilization.

None of these politicians care about anything but doing whatever it takes to become multi-millionaires.

Like Mitch, he doesn't actually want to be in charge, because that's hard, and people might blame him for stuff.

No, he'd rather be the loyal opposition, making big speeches and doing jack crap in reality, all the while using "democrats in power" to advertise for campaign contributions.

I had a lot of faith in him at first. He was young and conservative... but... he's been a disappointment.

Washington Generals to the Dems Harlem Globetrotters. It’s WWF theatrics to give the sheeple populace the illusion of opposition while they sit around together in private sipping cocktails and laughing at the stupidity of the electorate who buys in to it. All the while sending your tax money overseas and then lining their pockets with most of it.

I have no idea. Hopefully it would be a party committed to local and state politics with an emphasis on exposing and ending massive outside money and influence on local elections.

Voting for a federal party at a state level is legitimately psychotic.

Why should I vote for a local candidate because he aligns with a federal party?

That question right there that is never asked in the public sphere solves most of America’s problems.

What do local community and state politics in New York City, Milwaukee, Shreveport and Juneau have in common? Nothing.
So why should every one of those cities learn nothing about their local leadership other than which national party they belong to?

Uniparty. They all just want to be in control, Dems and Republicans, they don't want to actually fix anything. They want the status quo to remain unchanged and to get as rich and powerful as they possibly can while holding office. They truly feel as if they are entitled to all the money and power and perks they get because they "earned it" by you giving them your vote. They don't care about this country, or the lives of the citizenry, it's nothing but a job for them. A big, glorified piggy bank for them to siphon as much wealth as they possibly can.
