I have my land already and wanted to build a bigger house but changed my mind and I am a builder. We are buying a storm-damaged house to rehab and live in for a few years instead. We will revisit building in a few years. If lumber keeps on like it is, we plan on building a large red iron shop and putting a house with metal studs inside of it.
