There is also video of them scrambling to count ballots, after everyone left.

Yeah, the small group that stayed sat quietly waiting for the observers and media to leave. They waited doing nothing at their desks and hardly moving. Once all of the observers left, they sprang into action going straight to the containers hidden under the table and started feeding them into the Dominion machines.

There were about 6,000 ballots in each case.

Gonna be fun if anyone really wants to pursue some easy perjury cases.

Those scholars happen to be Republican Party affiliated and had no kahunas to hold them accountable!

Gabriel Sterling, Georgia’s voting system implementation manager, gave a point-by-point refutation of Trump’s allegations at a press conference, which came two days after Trump leaned on Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger during an unprecedented hour-long phone call to “find” the president enough votes to beat Biden.

The president and his allies elsewhere have made similar allegations, related to felons, underage teenagers and dead people supposedly casting ballots.

“The reason I’m having to stand here today is, there are people in positions of authority and respect who have said their votes didn’t count, and it’s not true,” Sterling said.

Standing next to a chart labeled “Claim vs. Fact,” with two rows of each underneath those words, Sterling said, “This is all easily, provably false.”

Trump had a 42% approval rating. The population of eligible voters is 153 million people. Even w/ a 4% margin of error, Trump would receive only 70,380,000. 153 million minus 70,380,00 is 82,620,000. That's why he lost,BASIC MATH There was no steal.

Kk tad

If after two months and 60 lost court cases you still believe in a stolen election, it's because you want to believe, not because you have evidence. Because you don't.

The ones crying stolen election are the ones trying to steal it.

Thanks, now do Fulton County. Or even better let an independent auditor go through them.
I dont understand the resistance. That's part of the problem, the resistance is so high, it makes all the accusations appear to be legit.

Next Thursday turn loose a 3rd party investigator and let him have at it. If kemp, Raffensperger, and Duncan don't do that it will be the primary issue in 2022 and they will lose.

Absolutely, if they lied, there should be punishment. It doesnt help the SOS that only one side believed it enough that they would risk jail. Any affidavits on the SOS side?

Better start asking the tough question of where all those donations for "saving the election" went then. Because it cost the press about a million to have their guys do florida back when.

Marc Elias, a lawyer who has filed and defended cases on behalf of Democrats, keeps a tally on the outcome of the election cases.

"It is 63 losses by Trump and his allies," Elias told PolitiFact the morning of Jan. 8. "We treat each case separately — so if there is a federal case and a state case, we treat them as two cases. We only ever count a case one time — so if there is an appeal or remand, we do not treat that as a separate loss."

The one case where Trump found success didn’t involve an allegation about fraud. The case centered on reducing the amount of time Pennsylvania voters had to fix errors on their mail-in ballots. The matter involved a small number of ballots that didn’t change the outcome.

Trump wasn't a plaintiff in all of them, some were his allies or supporters echoing Trump’s claims. The lawsuits failed for various reasons: some had errors in the filings, others lacked standing. Mainly, the allegations lacked proof.

I’m away from pacer so I can’t grab what they refer to as Exhibit 3
Exhibit 3 is an expert report from Bryan Geels, an inexperienced witness whose expertise is as an accountant and had no experience giving expert testimony in election matters.
Despite being an "expert", Geels didn't know that Georgia has a rollover list where people can request a ballot once to receive it the rest of the cycle.

Every single one of the material items in Geels report were contradicted by testimony of officials in the Georgia SOS office, under oath, before the Georgia legislature.

In response to Geels assertion that 66k minors voted, the SOS testified to the Legislature that the number of minors voting was ZERO.
