War between Nuclear powers is a big deal.
Prior to Obama's declaration that we do not have to use the similar or greater response to WMD (which meant Nukes since we "officially" got rid of chemical and biological weapons, we just lied and used conventional weapons. i.e. Iraq and ANTRAX. Imagine if we had gone ahead and shown evidence that Sadam was responsible, then used Nukes on their asses?
It was our policy for 60 years, but we lied and covered it up. Who really believes that the ANTRAX at the same time as 911 was domestic?
