Trump is president up to the minute Biden is sworn in, and will be in the Oval Office that morning, there are a number of duties required of the outgoing president including signing last minute pardons, traditionally the former president is flown out on Air Force One, and is in the air just as the new president is sworn in. I’m sure Trump will stick to tradition just to irritate the Dems.
