They are mostly useless now... so many cars have passive radar for blindspot detection that operate in the same band...drove from NOLA to DFW and the thing staying in "alert" 85% of the trip.. promptly tossed it in the junk bin.

Higher end models filter out that noise.

Incorrect. JBV1 can eliminate any pass throughs that V1G2 allows in.

The new ones have upgradable firmware that filter out all the passive radars. Also have gps to be able to mark certain areas that set it off so that it ignores that specific frequency in that specific area. I've got a drive over to Arkansas Friday so abt a 8.5hr drive to figure it out.
Fwiw, I finally figured out how to verbally report things on waze instead of having to do it manually which isn't safe.
