Happy birthday. Mine is today as well though not quite as old(34). I just discovered that I enjoy listening to political podcasts so I understand on the aging level up mind set

49 checking in. I think at 45 the getting up during the night started which sucks cause I get up at 0400 to go train anyway.
You drink Metamucil and it helps with the bowels which by default makes you old for even knowing what that shite is.

The weekend I turned 40 I stumped, and broke, my little toe, walking from my bathroom to my bedroom after getting out of the shower. Had lived there and done the same thing every morning for seven years.
My first thought was, "This is what I've got to look forward to now". I was right.
ETA: The good thing is I'm turning 62 on the 23rd, so I'm still around.
