If Joe Brady becomes the Falcons HC, is Mac Jones his first draft pick?

If not, I'd be amazed.

Jones' skill-set is the closest to Burrow's that Brady could find in the 2021 draft.

Brady's offense won't dominate without a Burrow or Jones type QB.

In my opinion, Mac Jones easily hides his weaknesses playing in Alabama’s system. His 5* wide receivers are often times wide open and he has a clean pocket to throw in. Look at how differently Tua has looked in the NFL. I see him struggling at the next level or, at least, not having nearly the same level of success playing against tougher completion with tighter windows and greater pressure.

Waddle was the greatest WR ever... when got hurt, Smith was the greatest WR ever.

Jones is the constant in that equation

Isn’t that what we said about Tua as well?

No the constant is Saban and the superior level of talent Alabama has at nearly every position.

Seriously, Sammy. You haven't figured that out yet?

Well, you were slow to figure out that Burrow was elite also

If he picks Mac Jones w/a 1st round pick, if I were Blank, I'd fire him on the spot for gross incompetence.

Zach Wilson or bust.

I don't see anything special with Jones. The Falcons will likely have a shot to draft Justin Fields. I think the Jets take Wilson, so Fields could be there for Brady

they have a GM he'll make the pick but as a Saints fan i would LOVE it if the Falcons took Mac Jones at #4

I prefer Wilson over Fields myself. Just my view of it.

20/36 TDS to Smith

That tells me he is good at throwing to the beat WR playing college football.

Threw 4 TDS vs Notre Dame? 3 to Smith

Joe threw 10+ TDS to 3 different WRs.

I haven’t seen him avoid pressure like Joe.

He is no where close to the mobility Joe or evasiveness in the pocket Joe has.

What were Wilson's toughest opponants? Bose St and Coastal Carlina? Good QB, but untested against SEC/NFL speed in the D secondary.
