Marcus Freeman thread anchored

Adam's thread saying Marcus Freeman is "the guy" got anchored. Not sure what to make of that. I was wondering whether being "the guy" meant he was signed and not yet announced or simply the guy LSU wanted but hadn't closed on yet.

I don't know what that means if it got anchored, but he was definitely saying it was Freeman. Take a look at his more recent posts in his own thread. He says he would be the first to come back and admit he was wrong if he was and stuff like that. He definitely called his shot with Freeman.

He said he wasn't calling the announcement date only that the deal would be done then. Pretty ballsy move. I don't know the dude. Apparently he called Sage Ryan, but most of his insider knowledge is baseball related from what others say. I don't think he is a troll I just don't know if he got good information

An anchor is an administrative action that prohibits replies from moving a thread up to the top of the board.

He’s def not a troll, but I don’t think he had concrete info, just calling his shot based on slivers of info he got.
