Would like movies and sports as clear as can be.
QLED, OLED I’m guessing.
Between rtings and the search function, I’ve researched myself retarded.

I was just a Best Buy and surprised how at few of TVs had HDMI 2.1. I have a PS5 and the options were few and far between. The Sony X900H looked good for an LED, although the OLEDs were beautiful.
Disclaimer: I really know nothing about them other than what the Best Buy Rep was telling me.

Think the 65" q90s are like 1800 right now, they are perfect for what you are asking and have a HDMI 2.1 connection, I have the qr80 and picture is awesome and not dim looking like Oleds, the 90 is the next step up.

Nothing can touch the LG OLEDs right now. Buy a 65” CX for $1800 and don’t look back

Sony 900 series and above they have the fastest processors

Wait for 2021, the year mini LED takes over the market. You're going to get a LOT more bang for buck.
Sony, LG and Samsung will all be showing off their MiniLED sets at CES in a couple weeks.
Here is one of LG's

This isn't true. The Samsung Q90T and Q90R both have better response times.

Meaning wait for the MiniLED ones or wait and get one of the current OLEDs when the MiniLEDs come out?

75” OLED is gonna run you more than $1700, so would the higher end Q series from Samsung or the Sony x900
If you’re set on a 75” I would look into the Vizio quantum series, TCL 6 series, or the lower end Q series from Samsung

Probably the best advice. And he can compare the nitty gritty specs head to head on Rtings.
Too bad Hisense doesn't make a 75" H9G, otherwise that would be a great option.

Either or. Bang for buck? Anything but OLED and look at the TCL R635/Hisense H9G. Otherwise wait a few months for the 2021 models.
