He has benefited from having one of the Top 5 QB's in the NFL Draft class this year. He has never been a consistently successful OC. He would be way down on my list.

Crawl out of the swamp see greatness when you watch Grimes's offensive creativity. Grimes has proven to be the real deal at BYU and deliver a great offensive plan. It will translate to the SEC.
