I have a 20 hr drive one way. I like compelling non-fiction, historical fiction, true crime, and some fantasy! Any recs?

Killers Of The Flower Moon is a great book and will check a lot of those boxes.

Yep. Great book.

I'd also suggest something from Erik Larson. His books read like historical fiction at times, but are non-fiction. In the Garden Of Beasts is the only one of his I didn't like.

I'm a sucker for the Expanse series, I think all my posts on here are about that . The guy who does it, though, does very good. And you'll easily pass that road trip with that series.

Also, for a quicker, really entertaining one I'd recommend Green Lights by Matt McConaughey. He does the narration and it really is enjoyable. I listened to it over a month and my wife finished it in a week lol. It's only something like 7 hours but it's fun.

Lies of Locke Lamora would be a good one - essentially standalone fun, fantasy. Great narrator

This board turned me onto The Mistborn series, and I am a better person for it. It's incredible, and the narrator does an awesome job. I highly recommend it.

Try Space Team series or Cavern and Creatures series. Both are hilarious. C&C is a little more childish crude humor
