It's that time of the year when I get an itemized list of incompetence and mismanagement from our city government.

Why the hell are we paying hundreds of dollars each year for CATS and a library?

TX arguably uses their taxes properly despite them being so high.

LA’s are high given the shite service provided by these chucklefricks.

Well, at least you know it's safe for you and your wife to go out at night without the fear of getting held up at gunpoint while pumping gas...

Move to the LP. Schools are amazing, property taxes are lower, and government incompetence is kept at a minimum. An occasional meth head is worth the price of admission

And apparently the kids get tasty treats from their teacher and her cop husband.

I figured out over the last 28 years I have spent over $100,000 on public school property tax millage and never used a penny of it.

But then I'd have to say I was from LP. Just can't stomach that.

How much did you have to pay in property taxes?

I just stroked a sizable property tax check this weekend.

Then I got in my car and drove down College Drive, avoiding 100's of potholes and a few homeless people while admiring the view of piles of garbage blowing in the wind amidst the backdrop of dilapidated buildings.

And yet sadly, I bet it's even worse in Orleans Parish.

TX property taxes couldn't hold all the beer one empty CATS bus can.
