Char-Grilled Colossal Shrimp butterflyed in the shell with garlic, butter, parmesan cheese,hot sauce, pepper and tony's of course. It's an opening day tradition.

Always a theme menu by game (opponents mascots if possible). For Appy State we're doing something with squirrels and corn mash whiskey (or moonshine if I can find some). Last year's opener was Hokie Legs (smoked turkey legs brined in Wild Turkey).

For UF - Gator Sauce Piquante
For Arky - RazoRibs
For UGA/MSU - chinese mystery meat

I reallllly want to fry corndogs at Auburn this year...

i do kabobs.....for lsu kabobs, i use yellow bell peppers and purple onions with pork 'cause that's just damn good.
