So it’s the coaches fault we have a bunch of fricking quitters on the team?

Who is responsible for roster management and recruiting?

It’s always the head coaches fault like it’s always the CEO’s fault when a business is failing.

Yup. Our fans have become player apologists.

Look are how revered LF7 was when he sat out the bowl game

Yes, the coaches, all of them, take a share of the blame for the culture of the program.

Are you kidding me? You really asked that question?

What do you think the role of a coach is? Just stand there and clap on the sidelines?

yes! The head coach is in charge of everything, and that includes motivation, morale, locker room issues, etc. Unhappy players, like unhappy employees at a business, don't typically perform well. And it's the coach's job to manage that.

The head coach is paid millions - he's responsible for EVERYTHING related to the football program.

It's apparent O has lost the team.

When you HC spends the day stomping around the football ops building screaming at the coaches and players like a psychotic coonass caveman it doesn't foster a healthy environment.
