And that means say goodbye to any chance of an appearance in the SEC CG.

So then what's the point of keeping him.

Go after Urban Meyer. He would love the challenge.

Meyer ran from Florida because he couldn’t take the pressure. O has a lot of improving to do but to say he will never complete close to beating Saban again is ridiculous.

Weren't you on here after the title win saying Orgeron wouldn't lose to Alabama this year and that he wanted to send a message that LSU wouldn't be going away?

Orgeron was never a great coach.

He hit a home run on picking an OC, which he deserves credit for, and he inherited one of the best DCs the program has ever had.

Brady leaving after only one year is just terrible luck for Coach O.

Burrow looking pedestrian in 2018, then becoming the greatest statistical QB to have ever played college football should show how amazing Brady is, but also show that Coach O can recognize young talent.

Coach O getting the athletic department to overpay for Pelini’s outdated defensive strategy should also show that his judgment isn’t all that great, and is very capable of making DiNardo-like gaffes.

He will go down as the worst coach to ever go 15-0, but he didn’t screw it up like a lot of coaches are guilty of.

Just like Saban was never going to beat Florida, Miles was never going to win a top 5 matchup and Orgeron was never going to win period. These opinions are usually disproven quickly.

It might be time to step away from the keyboard. Never is a mighty long time.

Well, if we could get Meyer, anyone who wouldn’t take him over O even after last year is an idiot. Meyer is the only coach to ever win 3 championships at 3 different schools and has posted the best win percentage among college coaches in line with Saban. He’s the best college football coach not named Nick Saban. Meyer speaks in metaphysical mathematics while O talks arithmetic. If Meyer is available, you take him. Period.

National Championships? Better check your count again on the schools. But there’s no doubt, he’s one hell of a coach.

Stop it. LSU will be fine and we’ll be back.

Since 2000, we’ve won 5 SEC Championships and lost once in the title game.

We’ve won 3 National Championships and lost once in title game.

Yes, this is a terrible year. We fell wayyy to far. No excuses.

But we’re still recruiting at a high level.

Pump the breaks. We’ll be back.

Lsu will be back as long as coach o dumps pelini and hires the right oc after slinger retires.

That will be the test to keep coach o or not.
