I’m staying at my parents’ house in BR for a few days. They’re in a different state, and with us not being able to really go anywhere or do anything, I’m having fun going through some of our older stuff that’s been stored away.

I came across this cookbook from 1993, and the author is from BR. I’ve never seen this book before, but her name is Holly Clegg. Anyone here know anything about her? Seems like it has some good recipes.

Her children’s cookbook was my first cookbook. My mom has the one you posted.

Her “skinny” BBQ shrimp is a regular recipe at my house.

All of her cookbooks are great. I was good friends with her son growing up. She tried out recipes on us. Amazing woman, and was on the forefront of a healthy lifestyle. Love Holly.
