Does anyone know how many will be allowed in pmac?
Are tickets available to non season ticket holders?

The talk has been around 3k, which Wade indirectly confirmed in a radio interview last week.

So pretty much a typical LSU basketball home game? Cool

You obviously haven’t been to any games the past couple seasons, especially conference games. They’ve consistently been pulling in around 10-11k fir Saturday games, and around 8k for midweek.
The issue hasn’t been numbers, but energy.

Got my options email today and chose to keep mine for this year. Expect to be relocated but I can live with that. Gonna be best roster in 25 years. Come see me

3200 max. Most seats in 300 sections with some in upper half of 200 sections.

Ridiculous this is still going on. Can we just ban 75+ year olds and move on with life?

Basketball is going to be a mess unless they revise the protocol. Football plays once per week, max, and it's a mess...with big rosters. College basketball plays once per week, min, and fewer roster players. Cases are not going to disappear.
I don't know the answer. On one hand, well, the players are going to be fine so...test them a few times after contact tracing and roll. On the other hand, well, they could all have it after the incubation period and have spread it to everybody that they have played...no worries for the athletes, mostly, but then you've spread it to students, family, etc. I wish an SEC bubble was a real possibility - that's how the NBA survived.

Rolled my tickets to next year. Too much bullshite coming this year. Season already shortened and likely lots of games either cancelled, postponed, or played with a short staff. It’ll be an exhibition season just like football is (was).

Got a ways to 57. I’ll be there if I can use my tickets.

The vulnerable (mostly old with co-morbidities) need to be careful, but the rest of us should get on with it.
Car crashes kill 40,000+ every year, but no one wants to shut down the roads.
Regular flu kills 40-80,000 every year, but no one wants to shut down society.
The reaction to covid is just out of control, with terrible (and most unreported) collateral damages (increased financial ruin, depression, suicide, domestic abuse, substance abuse, etc.)

I've said from DAY ONE we shouldn't have shut anything down. This thing has a 99.8% survivability rate, and it's probably higher due to skewed numbers. It was/is all political.

They screwed my parents, who have had 4 handicapped tickets for 20 years because my father is handicapped in a wheelchair and my mom has to have help with loading and uploading his heavy wheelchair. Well, they will only give them 2 tickets this season. This is absolute BS. My dad can no longer go to football games ( they've had those for over 50 years) because it's impossible to get a parking pass. We've called the ticket office and gotten no assistance. My parents throughly enjoy going and just want the 4 tickets that they have gotten for 20+ years.
