yup, most TVs at walmart/sams/costco/etc. will be 60 hz. you want a 120hz or higher (if there is such a thing).

I’ve been checking sams online every 5 minutes since Friday waiting on this drop. Still nothing. I’ve been hearing a lot about this happening this weekend.

Just secured one by walking into Walmart. I had to wait 3 hours and with associates constantly saying there were none, but there was like 100 people in line and no one was leaving. Check brickseek and go to wal-mart!

Been checking brickseek. Saw they had 6+ in laffy. Called and they told me they wouldn't be for sale until tomorrow if they had them. Someone told me they unload the trucks around 5 so I Went anyway and there was already 40 ppl in line. Then they told everyone there were only 10.

Guys, I would check psdirect.com every day around 4pm central. Maybe even 3:45 or so. I know it has been around that time a couple of days. They may have them at different times as well but it seems like they are doing a drop either every other day or every few days. Just trying to help. Good luck!

Don’t take this as gospel, but my cousin’s friend works at the Walmart in Zachary and they may have 17 going on sale at opening in the morning.
It’s very much third hand info, but I thought I’d try and help out.
I got lucky last week with the Target drop so I don’t mind sharing what I heard.

Brickseek showed 6+ for a local store and there were 15 or so people in line this morning. manager turned every single one of us away because they "weren't in stock". they even offered to show us where they were they would typically be in the stock room. one kid took them up on the offer.

On a whim this morning I stopped at Walmart and there were 5 people in line in front of me - brickseek said 6+. Jumped in line just in case and they had 8! Was funny all of us in line agreed to walk out together so that if there was an issue they would have to deal with all of us. Should have seen the look on the product control lady wanting to check receipts and we all rolled up with them!

The Westbank Walmart says they have 6+ in stock. Do you just go to the electronics dept and ask or are they sitting out somewhere?

go there and ask electronics if they give you the run around talk to a manager and ask if they have them? they may even still be on a truck and you have to wait until when they unload it, which was around 5 for my local walmart. they will likely have a line as mine did, waiting for them to unload. saw online where people were told they were for online sale only, same thing they told me, and people just form a line and they give in and sell them.

you will definitely have to refresh. some people also say you need to clear your site data, though i have not had this issue. the good news is their queue seems to be random, so as long as you get in the queue before it actually goes in stock, you have a chance.
