Missouri 2020 Public Land Hunt

Me and my buddies went on our annual public land hunt. This year we went to northern Missouri and it didn’t disappoint. Weather was a little warm but we managed to get on a few good deer. A week with friends chasing whitetails is hard to beat. Everyone should take a trip with fiends and go. Missouri is a beautiful place.

We had a group up there Oct 30-Nov 6 and 4 of the 5 of us filled our buck tags as well. Congrats on all the great deer! Awesome pictures.

Hell yeah! I’m heading up there tomorrow as soon as my buddy gets off of work. Seeing all those bucks has me fired up now. I was a little disappointed with the weather forecast before.

Me and my buddies did not do as well as y'all.
The warm weather and full moon really seemed to affect the deer movement for us.
We just didn't see as many as usual.
Out of our 4, only 1 filled his buck tag.
I had my opportunities, but just could never close the deal.

It’s sand, we were in a creek bed. It’s public land you can’t bait.
