Gonna be in Memphis this weekend. Have already been to Rendevous, so was wondering what other places to try.
Thanks in advance.

Commissary if you make it out East in Germantown.

Rendevous is a tourist trap. The original Corky's in Memphis is the bomb.

Tops, Coleman's, Interstate, Leonards, Central. And the Rendevous is always good. Actually went Saturday night after the Redbirds game.

Didn't know Leonards was still open. Used to go to the one on Elvis Pressley, I think. Really liked their sauce..

Yes, and use this link for a lot more. BBQ in Memphis and the surrounding area is like seafood in South Louisiana. If its not good, it won't be around for long.

Corkey's is for the rib lover that needs the sauce on their ribs. IMHO, it's better then Rendezvous because I prefer sauce to dry ribs.

+1.
the orignial corkys has some good pulled pork, but central has the best ribs and chicken in the city.

I'm not a big corky's fan. The best kept secret in Memphis is the BBQ Shop on Madison. IMO, it's the best in Memphis. Also, you can't go wrong with Interstate, Central BBQ or the Commissary. We hit up the Commissary the most because it's out in G-Town and we live in East Memphis. Interstate is in the hood. Central BBQ is near the Liberty Bowl.

If your down by Beale (spelling?) Street, then try the blues city cafe. Hole in the wall place, but really good ribs.
