Local butcher had them on sale and I bought a bunch. Anyone got a good recipe for them they’d like to share?

Thanks.

No recipe but, if you don't want to go with the traditional route of smothered rib tips, you could try rib tip burnt ends.

Brown and set aside, then brown an onion and add some finely chopped mushrooms. Return beef tips and add beef stock and let simmer for a few hours until tender. Thicken up the onion and mushroom gravy if necessary. Serve with white rice or another starch.

Obviously season with salt and pepper to your liking. Doesn't need anything else IMO

look up Abgoosht, Persian stew. can make it in a crock pot, turmeric, salt, pepper, lots of garlic, tomatoes and onions with white beans. We make it at the camp all the time, its good. Serve over rice. We have used lamb, beef, pork, wild game....its delish and easy.
