I am so bored with the lack of new content that I have started watching more foreign language stuff. I’ve watched Swedish, German, and Danish shows in the last 6 weeks and have generally enjoyed it.

Just finished The Valhalla Murders, which is Icelandic. What a weird-sounding language. Anyway, not bad. Other than a long gay dude kissing scene.

8 episodes. Would recommend.

Btw, Icelandic women are not very hot.

I just can't watch them due to horrible voice overs.

This reads like a Haiku version of an old Netflix customer review.

My wife and I watched it. We liked it. Try some of the Finnish programing. Bordertown and Deadwind are good. In the Finnish shows at some point they speak a little English to show they can. You've probably seen Marcella (English). If not watch that. Oh and watch Hinterland (Wales). It's pretty good also. That's a bunch of Euro murder mystery shows.

The wife and I went to England via Wow Airlines a few years ago. All of the Icelandic flight attendants were fine. I dubbed them the Yaya Girls, as in "you need fresh drink, ya?" or "you join mile high club, ya?" and "floof your pillows, ya?" The wife didn't think it was as amusing as I did.

The French limited series La Revolution is good as is the German Babylon Berlin series.
