Correct. This sounds more like Bannon's wish list, than some done deal, though it's very plausible. He also suggested Flynn for some role. And he asked Giuliani on the show what he would do as special prosecutor, and Giuliani said what he would do (e.g. would have indictments before Jan 20) but again, these sound just like plausible possibilities at this point, not some definite scoop.

But it'll be no surprise to hear some swamp-draining announcements tomorrow, after poll close, even if counting is ongoing. The question is who in what role.
