The melting on Wed morning...

Both sides think this is going to be a rout. The Dems, on facebook, twitter, and places like DU, think Biden is getting 300 plus EVs.
Meanwhile, many on this board think not only does Trump defend his 304, but possibly adds to it.
Which side will be melting on Wed morning? Or are both sides melting because neither will get to 300, or because we don't know Wed morning?
I can't recall a time where I've ever seen both sides so sure of themselves. Even in 2016, while the left though it was in the bag, the right was cautiously optimistic they could pull it off. There is no cautious optimism from either side this time.

There's an infinity amount of liberal message boards and that's not considering Twitter and Facebook. There's literally a handful of conservative message boards that are fairly active. I'd say the melt would be bigger if Trump wins.

NH gats called for Trump relatively early tomorrow night and the liberal meltdown goes nuclear.

I’m 62, and I can tell you that no matter what happens the world will not end. If Biden wins the stock market will not crash, nor will he solve the Covid problem. If Trump wins we will be fine also. I hate all the echo chamber doom and gloom crap.

If we keep the senate , with the Supreme Court, Biden won’t be able to do Jack shite - but if they win everything we are screwed

The Dems are reacting to the fake polls. The Republicans are reacting to real excitement and energy.
I see people comparing this election to 2016, but cannot understand why. Trump is the incumbent. We know the polls were skewed heavily to the left last time. We also know that people lied during exit polling in 2016.
In 2016, there was no incumbent, just "it's her turn" and "no way Trump (a non politician) could ever win." The polls were in favor of the candidate that everyone expected to win. Clinton was expected to win huge with Latinos and Blacks. We know that Trump will do better with those groups this time. We know that Trump has delivered his promises to his base. We know that the media is even more biased against the right this time.
So, while both sides may think their candidate will win, there is no reason to believe that the polls are more accurate than last time or that the media is doing anything but trying to suppress votes for Trump. Trump supporters know there is actual enthusiasm for their candidate. They know that most of the polls are bullshite and that the media is nothing but leftist propaganda. They know that while there have been a lot of early votes, we don't know who they were for. Many are just assuming that they heavily favored Biden (like 80/20). Why?

Here. Here.
Things are never as bad or as good as they seem. The same goes for the other guy, friend or foe.
The internet has allowed us to recede from broader society and limit our pseudo-social interactions with those who seldom disagree with our opinions. It has left us with the lack of the ability to engage in thoughtful political discourse with someone that sees the world differently.

if you think the days of both parties wanting the same for the country albeit through different means are still here you are certifiably insane.

Even 538 says all votes in NH will be counted by tomorrow night and being on the east coast I think it could be a good barometer for how the election will go early. If we find out Trump flipped NH early then that should be pretty telling for all the states he carried in 2016 because I dont see where Trump would have lost enough 2016 voters without having replaced them with new voters this time around

only for the left who are devoid of substance, perpsective, rationality or objective. we have debated and fought the left for years. hey cannot even have a conversation because they are brainwashed and oblivious and ignorant of facts.

Doubt it. It will move up and down like it has this year, but the market is more influenced by the Fed Chairman than any President. Whatever you think about Obama, the market went up while he was President. We are not going full socialism in this country.

QE is what saved obama.
so we have to have full socialism to have destructive policies? fn moron

In your world I guess all farmers should vote for Biden? Trump hurt them significantly, but thankfully most are rational and can see the long term.

Are you also rooting for a return to "decency" and "decorum" in the Republican party?
The "Biden" administration will continue the plans for American that were put on hold during the Trump admin. It's amazing in this day and time with all the proof we've seen from the Democrats and media with their goal to march us towards Socialism, some of y'all think it still doesn't really matter who's running our country.
