I hope so, Bama already has framed photos of Trent Richardson for sale for $399. You know those Daniel Moore Prints.

I'd rather just seal the deal with CM. I'm higher on Christine Michael than TR

Yeah, it would be great to get either one, but it would be sooo sweet to steal one from the bammers

Recruiting out of pure spite haha. But if you give me a choice im taking CM all day. much better character, but there's nothing like a bamma steal

The gumps will be EXTREMELY pissed if LSU gets TR. I hope you guys do.

Well, this is a very good sign. Getting him on campus to see a game is a must, plus his brother goes to UL-L, so that could play a small factor into his decsion. There are two things that might drive him away though:
1.Early playing time at Bama.
2. Depth at RB at LSU (this includes the committs we already have:Ford, Pratt, maybe Michael, and possibly Calhoun).

ok, TR is a good back but didn't I read that he was hurt in both his soph and jr years? 7 games last year. The team had a losing record. Am I wrong?

I would take TR over CM any day, dont get me wrong CM is very good but Trent has power and speed. And its always nice to piss off the bamers.

+The staff appears to want Trent over CM.

TR is definitely the better back.
I do think that CM has more 'character qualities' (TR is a little too cocky) and he also doesn't have injury history.

Trent Richardson and Christine Michael are both great, but for what we need, Trent is the better fit. Our staff feels that CM is similar to Ford in the way they run and play. Trent is a kid that punishes the defense. He is a guy that gets 4-5 yards every rush. He hits the hole and levels defenders. He is that old skool Hester type back with more athleticism. I am with the staff on this one. Give me Richardson. But honestly it is like saying do I take Beani Wells or Joe McKnight(or CJ Spiller)...Take your pick

Honestly, we don't much, if any shot at Richardson. I don't see him not going to Bama, and if by some chance he didn't go to Bama, he'd go to Florida.
We should just go after Christine Michael hard instead of slow-playing him. He's the top RB in the state of Texas for cryin out loud.

Ive seen CM and TR but I believe TR will end up being the best RB of this class he is a really good back I don't see where the character issues come from I have talked with him several times he just seems to be a nice young man.

I think Richardson is better too. But he won't come to LSU, Michael will. I don't see why we just won't go after Michael hard.

I think there is information at the staff's disposal that none of us know about.
The staff would not slow play CM if they knew they had no shot at TR.
From everything I have read, I seriously doubt that TR sticks with his BAMA commit.
The way he talks, you might as well not even consider him a commit. He is considering his final 3 so hard that BAMA has a 'slight' lead at best.
