What If just 5 percent of mail in votes are lost or stolen ?

The last mail in vote number i saw was 69 million. So if just 5 % is lost or stolen that's 3,450,000 million votes cast that will not be counted. How is voting by mail allowed?

Because they used the China virus as an excuse to do mail in votes so people wouldn't have to "risk" voting in person.
Just like the NSA/CIA used 9/11 to get permission to spy on US citizens.
Those in power always try and use public panic to gain more control and power.
